Responsibilities

• Support the administrative functions of the hospital.
• Assist with clerical tasks and administrative duties.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Perform advanced administrative tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant administration/business qualification desired.
• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, able to work independently.
• Patient focused, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work weekends from time to time.
