Associate Priest (Planting Specialism - Second Curacy) - St Aidan's Cumbria WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an Associate Leader who:

• Has a passion to see people encounter the goodness of God through the gospel of Jesus Christ by the power of the Spirit.
• Senses a clear calling to church planting and desires a focused season of formation within a living, growing church plant.
• Leads with faith, humility and courage; able to hold vision, build teams, and cultivate healthy, intergenerational community.
• Is energised by mission on the ground: evangelism, discipleship, prayer, raising leaders, and releasing people into their calling.
• Resonates deeply with our values of Gathered to Scatter, Word and Spirit, Kingdom Generosity, and Intergenerational Community.
• Wants to play an active part in strengthening and establishing new worshipping communities, working alongside others across Cumbria who share a heart for planting and renewal.
• This is a formative season for someone who longs to grow in pioneering leadership, to help build here, and in time to be sent to establish new communities where God leads.
