Cleanroom Technician

Cleanroom Technician needed in Gloucester, Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, Job Type: Full time, permanent opportunity Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, immediate start available for the right candidate following successful interview process.

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Cleanroom Technician to join our client's established production facility in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality focused manufacturing business operating within a regulated environment. You will be responsible for assembling high quality products within a cleanroom setting, following strict GMP standards, ISO procedures, and company quality guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products in line with detailed work instructions and specifications
• Carry out quality checks at each stage of production
• Complete batch and processing documentation accurately
• Pack, label and box finished products ensuring correct traceability
• Maintain cleanroom hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
• Ensure correct identification of components throughout manufacture
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Undertake additional duties as required by the Production Team Leader

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity
• Reliable with strong time keeping
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education & Experience:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable
• Experience working within regulated or cleanroom environments advantageous
• No formal qualifications required - full training provided

Pay & Benefits:

• £25,000 - £27,000 salary
• Pay rates reviewed in line with National Minimum Wage legislation to ensure statutory compliance
