A large cleaning company currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor in the Belfast Area on a part time basis.

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the school facility. You will manage daily cleaning operations, support staff, and maintain excellent service delivery.

• Supervise and support cleaning staff
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed to standard
• Monitor quality and enforce health and safety compliance
• Manage stock, supplies, and uniforms
• Resolve day-to-day issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Key holding duties - secure site at end of shift

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
• Knowledge of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Enhanced Access NI required.
