About the Role

TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high footfall motorway service station.

In this hands on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas - including public toilets and shower facilities.

You'll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on the job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, or 10:00 - 18:00 (Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

What You'll Need

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• A proactive, can do attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Own vehicle - due to the location, there is no public transport access
