Cleaning Supervisor

Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part-Time, Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Hagley, DY8 area.

You must be available to work Monday to Fridays, working 16 hours per week, between the hours of 3:15-6:30pm Monday to Thursday & 3:15-6:15pm on a Friday at £13.78 per hour.

This is a hands on cleaning position and experience with supervising a large team of staff is a necessity. To be able to do audits and use a laptop. Must be flexible with times and able to cover when holidays.

You will be responsible for cleaning your own section on the site, as well as supervising other employees and their areas. We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen family; you will need to demonstrate diplomacy with fellow staff, customers and your surroundings.

You must be trustworthy, well organised, flexible, reliable and have a keen eye for attention to detail. You must also be able to provide a reference which confirms you have been in a Supervising position prior.

• Respond to Customer / Site Team demands.
• Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
• Use Timegate for actual pay.
