Cleaning Operative

Pay: £13.48 per hour

Temporary role. Holiday cover from 12/05/2026 to 15/05/2026.

Hours: Starting 7:30 am, minimum 4 hour shift each day.

Location: Heston

Responsibilities

Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (floor machines, vacuums, steamers, etc.) safely and correctly
Clean and sanitize toilets and washrooms thoroughly, replenish consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet roll) and report maintenance issues
Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are stored and used in accordance with safety guidance
Follow schedules and checklists to ensure areas are cleaned as required
Report hazards, damaged equipment or security concerns to the supervisor
