About you
  • Proven supervisory experience within cleaning or facilities management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards
  • Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
  • Clean driving licence
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent
What you'll do
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cleaning unit, ensuring high standards of cleanliness
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Develop staff schedules and manage staff holidays efficiently
  • Conduct on-site quality audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle client communications and resolve any complaints professionally
  • Monitor supplies, equipment, PPE, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations
