Hours: Flexible/Agency

Locations: Caerphilly

Pay rate: From £12.25+ (PAYE - not via umbrella)

Holiday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. £12.25 + holiday pay

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for keeping the premises of the care home clean and presentable to provide a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors through undertaking general cleaning duties as required. Additionally, you will handle and store cleaning materials and equipment responsibly, in line with the establishment's COSHH policy.

While ensuring to respect residents rights and choices, you will communicate effectively with the residents and report any faults within the home promptly and efficiently to a senior or management. Furthermore, you will promote a strong working relationship with colleagues, maintain confidentiality and follow appropriate health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of COSHH
• Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
• Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks

To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users

• Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
