Hours

37.5pw looking for x2 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri (2.5 hours unpaid break)

Job Description

As a vital part of the on-site team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the residents' experience by ensuring their living environment is safe, immaculate, and welcoming. With a sharp eye for detail, you will proactively maintain high standards of cleanliness, spot and report maintenance needs, and play a key part in keeping the site safe and comfortable for everyone. Your duties will include:

Cleaning
  • Follow a strict weekly communal area schedule, including mopping, sweeping, or vacuuming, dusting, lifts, polish communal surfaces such as balustrades, handrails, skirting boards, and windowsills.
  • Wipe and clean light switches, door fixtures, and other high-touch surfaces, removing fingerprints, and polish mirrors.
  • Prioritise end-of-tenancy light touch cleans as well as post move-in cleaning in needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning team or environment preferred, but not essential
  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and pride in delivering perfection
  • Ideal for those who thrive in a physically engaging environment
  • 28 days with Time and a Half Bank Holidays
  • 1 days paid 'Change the World' volunteering day
