Job Description
- Clean all front-of-house andback-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floorsregularly.
- Dust and polish surfaces and the buildingfabric.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces.
- Empty bins and ensure waste isdisposed of correctly in line with company procedures.
- Follow cleaning schedules andcomplete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
- Ensure compliance with hygienestandards and food safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues,breakages, or hazards to management.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely andin accordance with COSHH guidelines.
- Previous cleaning experienceuseful but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently andefficiently.
- Basic understanding of health andsafety and hygiene standards.
- Reliable, punctual, andtrustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible hours,including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining highstandards
- Must be eligible to work in theUK
- Comfortable to work on their ownout of hours
