Cleaner

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of designated areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Essential skills and attributes for the job

• Commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided.

About Us

The Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen is a Leeds institution hosting live music, art exhibitions, film screenings, and canteen style food. This independent venue features three floors with two bars, two kitchens, a 200 capacity event space, and a staging area for artists and performers. A stunning roof terrace offers an urban retreat with musical acts, great food, and laid back drinking.

The venue is known for its programme of live music, film and art exhibitions, serving canteen style food (Dough Boys Pizza & Patty Smith's Burgers) and an amazing selection of beers and cocktails daily.
