With full training and development provided, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience that could lead to future roles such as PCV Driver or Engineer.What You'll Be DoingWorking on a rotating shift pattern (5 days over 7, including weekends), you'll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for service each day.Your responsibilities will include:Driving vehicles through the bus wash and parking them safelyCleaning all vehicle types, including sweeping, mopping, litter removal, and deep cleans where requiredRe-fuelling vehicles and topping up AdBlueKeeping the fuelling area clean, tidy, and free from hazardsCarrying out depot cleaning tasks, including daily sweeping and moppingFollowing all company and statutory health & safety proceduresWorking as part of a supportive team to maintain high standards across the depotWhat We're Looking ForPrevious cleaning or vehicle handling experience is helpful, but full training is providedA strong team player with good communication skillsFull UK manual driving license (6 points or fewer)Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medicalA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsWhat Arriva Can Offer You£14.29 per hourFull-time, permanent roleCareer progression opportunities within driving, engineering, or operations1-to-1 mentoring and supported developmentAccess to training courses and industry-recognized qualificationsFree bus travel for you and one nominated household memberAccess to Arriva Village - retail discounts worth up to £1,200 per year20 days' holiday plus bank holidaysArriva workplace pensionInterested?If you're ready to take the first step in a rewarding career with Arriva, please apply today.
