The Role

• Provide1:1 supportto a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning
• Support the child'sacademic, social, and emotional development
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support strategies
• Help create apositive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage confidence, independence, and participation

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive individual
• Experience working with children or young people (school-based desirable)
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
