Classroom Cover Supervisor Support & Safeguard

The Academy, Selsey is seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover for absent teachers and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment. You will supervise classes, implement the Behaviour Policy, and provide feedback on lessons to ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, effective communication, and IT literacy to support classroom systems.
