A welcoming, vibrant, and child-focused primary school in Chipping Sodbury is currently seeking a Classroom Assistant to support and promote classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain hands on experience and develop an understanding of the National Curriculum.

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside dedicated and experienced teachers to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential. This rewarding role offers variety, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. You will inspire, support, and nurture students, assist in delivering creative and structured lessons, and play a key part in shaping their educational journey.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate considering a career in education or an experienced Classroom Assistant seeking a new challenge. While prior experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience may include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery assistance, childcare, or similar roles in an educational setting. Experience in supporting children with ASD, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties would be highly beneficial.
