Class Teachers

About the Role

As a Class Teacher, you will play a central role in delivering high quality education and fostering a love of learning in your pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment where all children can achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform teaching and learning
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and Trust
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire pupils of all abilities
• A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
