HGV Class 1 Driver Trunking - Severnside

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers on an Temp On-Going basis at our busy Severnside depot. The role consists of deliveries to NDCs, RDCs and trunking work. Immediate starts for successful candidates after passing assessment and induction.

Shifts available:

• Various start times available
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Day pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £20.50 (overtime after 47.5hrs £23.00)
• Saturday £23.00
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £29.00

Nights pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £23.00 (overtime after 47.5hrs £25.00)
• Saturday £25.00
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £33.00

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In date DIGI and CPC card
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual
• Willing to work weekends
• Motivated and open to learn new skills
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules
• Prepping vehicles for delivery
• Completing vehicle checks
• Refuelling vehicles
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full
