Class 1 Driver

About the Role

HGV Class 1 Driver working day or night shifts for immediate starts in Evesham, paying between £16.50 and £19.50 per hour.

Pay rates:

• Days: £16.50 per hour Monday to Friday
• Nights: £17.50 per hour Monday to Friday

In addition, you will accrue £1.99 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid when you take annual leave.

There are no weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees for candidates of Pure Staff.

Duties

• Easy trunking to an RDC or a couple of drops
• Modern, well looked after trucks
• Collection of palletised loads
• 1-4 drops, depending on the route
• Electric pump truck or fork lifted off

Shifts may vary, but flexibility is ideal. Shifts can be long but, in keeping with tachograph law, up to hours per shift on average.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving Licence
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Card
• Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)
