HGV Class 1 Driver - Trunking Work - All Days Available - Rugby - AM & PM Shifts

The Role:
We're recruiting reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to support a well-established logistics operation in Rugby. This is a full-time, ongoing role involving trunking work between depots with no handball. Drivers with at least 6 months of Class 1 experience are welcome. Shifts are available 7 days a week, offering flexibility and year-round work.

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Pay: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour depending on shift
Start Time: 24/7 availability - flexible shift patterns
Shift Pattern: Full-time, all days and nights available

Key Responsibilities:

Trunking between depots for a major national client
Planning delivery routes effectively
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Maintaining accurate driving logs and delivery records
Adhering to road safety and company compliance

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months' experience driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Excellent communication and time management skills
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
