Job Description
ERS Administration Services is seeking a Claims Technician to join the UK's largest specialist motor insurer team. The role covers recording new claims, handling enquiries and correspondence, dealing with complaints and authorising payments as appropriate.
You will negotiate settlements fairly and economically, ensuring adherence to policy wording and the Claims Handling Manual, while meeting pre agreed targets and continuously improving service and quality standards.
