Claims Fraud Team Lead - Data Driven Protection

Marshmallow is on a mission to make insurance fraud prevention world-class. We are seeking a senior leader to run the Claims Fraud team, coaching investigators and intel analysts and owning the strategy and KPIs for the function.

The role involves acting as the escalation point for the most complex cases, driving process improvements with product teams, and ensuring FCA compliance and customer protection while expanding the team's capabilities and impact.
