Claims & Customer Care Advisor

Auger is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join our head office in Wallasey. You will be the primary contact for customers with complaints, guiding them from initial contact to fair resolution while ensuring thorough investigations and compliant reporting.

You will support customers requiring additional assistance, adapt to individual needs, and maintain excellent service during drainage, water mains and subsidence claims.
