Job Description
Vizion Network is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide professional administrative support within the Claims Team and to company Management/Directors. You will deliver high standards of customer service, follow brand requirements, and ensure SLA targets are met across motor claims from initial contact to repair handover and aftercare.
You will manage claim progression, liaise with Bodyshop/Insurer, and maintain accurate records, KPIs, and daily tasks within SLAs.
