Site Agent - Permanent - Tier 1 Contractor - Severn Trent Water AMP8 Framework - Civil Engineering

Your new company
You will be joining an established Tier 1 civil engineering contractor operating in the water industry. This high-profile and multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, delivering projects between £1m-£15m directly for Severn Trent Water. They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development, and due to continued success, they are seeking a Site Agent to join their team.
This is a full-time site-based position within the Severn Trent Water region.
Your new role
As Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

Ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental policies

Reporting progress to key project stakeholders

Managing construction activities

Coordinating and supervising subcontractors

Maintaining budgets and schedules.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:

Experience in civil works within the water (clean and/or waste) industry in a site management capacity

Ability to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors

Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

Full UK driving licence.
