We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Civils Operative to help build and maintain our award-winning fibre network

What you'll do

• Install ducting, chambers and associated equipment across varied terrains
• Lay concrete plinths and install cabinets for our fibre network
• Help with fibre optic cabling, splicing and network remedial works
• Service and maintain existing infrastructure to keep communities connected
• Work from network designs, ensuring installations meet agreed plans
• Participate in an on-call rota to support our 24/7 service commitments

What you'll need

• A full, valid driving licence
• A commitment to gain your NRSWA Streetworks Operative licence (fully funded by B4RN)
• Practical skills and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Commitment to quality, safety and teamwork
