• Manages the branch's daily activities, including staff, operations, stock, and sales processes.

• Supports the Civils commercial manager in improving processes and exploring new opportunities.
• Has excellent communication skills, is motivated, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Is sales-driven, target-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is passionate about Civils and eager to build knowledge and develop their career within a growing company.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends.
