A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Civil Litigation Solicitor (guideline of 4years+ PQE) to join a highly respected and thriving Civil Litigation department based in the heart of Liverpool.

This well-established firm is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Solicitor to support the continued growth of its litigation team. The department handles a broad spectrum of Civil Litigation matters including psychological injury claims, data breach cases, housing disrepair and actions against the police. The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily consisting of Elder Care Home claims while also acting on other complex litigation matters.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in handling civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. All areas of civil litigation experience will be considered, as the firm have a genuinely progressive attitude to development. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn however, are essential.
