The Role

An established Gloucester based practice is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor to support its ongoing growth plans.

Our client, with a strong reputation in the Gloucestershire area, is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a growing disputes team. You will be advising on a variety of litigation matters including debt recovery, property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and contentious probate matters.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Civil Litigation Solicitors with up to 5 years' experience in conducting their own caseload of litigation matters. You will be representing clients in mediations and court proceedings and will be expected to draft and review legal documents as well as provide advice to clients on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery.

Our client is a well established practice in the region with a growing disputes team and a varied client base, offering opportunities to progress within a well rounded firm.
