Civil Litigation Lawyer needed in Cardiff Paying £50 per hr ref

Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a skilled and motivatedCivil Litigation Lawyerwith a strong background inhousing lawto join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving housing disputes, disrepair claims, possession proceedings, homelessness appeals, and other civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on housing law
- Represent clients in court and tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Draft legal documents, statements, and correspondence
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Keep up to date with developments in housing and civil litigation law
