INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a leading residential contractor who is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a major residential development in North Dublin.

Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works on site.
• Coordinating site activities with subcontractors and site management.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation.
• Assisting with health & safety compliance and quality control.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
• Liaising with design teams, consultants, and local authorities where required.

Civil Engineer Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 1+ years' experience in a civil engineering role, preferably within residential construction.
• Strong setting-out skills using GPS and total station equipment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence desirable.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
