Civil Engineer / Junior Project Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking ownership, leading projects from start to finish, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Alongside your leadership skills, you'll bring strong technical expertise and hands on experience across civil engineering projects You'll gain hands on exposure across engineering, project management, and operations, contributing to a wide variety of projects while working within a collaborative, tight knit team.

• Support the delivery of commercial, residential, and industrial projects
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
• Liaise closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across active sites
• Take on a dynamic role with broad responsibilities across the business

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's not required)
• 4 years plus experience
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to develop
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress into a Project Management role
• Comfortable working across both site and office environments

• Sites : North & South County Dublin (Office based in North Dublin)
• Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + vehicle (negotiable DOE)
