Civil Enforcement Officers have many responsibilities, including patrolling streets and car parks, monitoring parking meters, reporting parking offences, and issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).

Standard duties include:

1. Issue PCNs to vehicles parked in contravention of regulations.
2. Record evidence and observations of parking.
3. Report any equipment in need of repair.
4. Report problems with signs, lines, or street activity.
5. Report abandoned vehicles to management.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with at least 6 months of enforcement experience, detail-oriented, and familiar with computerized systems.

The role requires working 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

Pay is £17.15 per hour (umbrella), with 1.5x pay on Saturdays and Sundays, and 2x pay on bank holidays.
