Civil & Structural Engineering Lead

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Civil & Structural Engineering Lead in our team.

As a Civil & Structural Engineering Lead at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities :

• Oversee technical assessments and estimations for civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
• Provide early-phase project cost estimates and ensure proper planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure project execution meets quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Coordinate department activities within global project execution.
• Select and manage subcontractors, review engineering deliverables, and support site teams.

Your profile

• You have 7-10 years' experience in civil engineering or a similar industrial role.
• Strong background in design, estimation, and site supervision.
• Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Team player, solution-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
