Job Description
Purpose of the Role: 
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Hub. You'll make sure they're welcomed well, matched to the right roles, recognised, and growing - so they stay, and so they thrive.
Key Tasks:- Onboard new volunteers and make them feel part of the team from day one.
- Match volunteers to roles based on their interests, skills, and progression goals.
- Track volunteer hours, feedback, and development over time.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, peer learning sessions, and moments of recognition.
- People centred, perceptive, and good at bringing out the best in others.
- Organised with a warm and consistent communication style.
- Experience in HR, community work, or coordination is helpful.
3-5 hours per week (combination of planned and responsive work).
