Job Summary

You'll play a pivotal role in driving Cisco sales across the CDW customer base, aligning joint business goals between CDW and Cisco, and leading strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.

What you will do
  • Own and manage a sales segment business plan, tracking progress against clear KPIs and milestones

  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive identification and expansion of Cisco opportunities

  • Work closely with internal sales teams and Cisco account managers to maximise sales alignment

  • Act as a Cisco subject matter expert within CDW - promoting joint solutions and technology strategies

  • Lead and contribute to customer engagements, including proposals, sales presentations, and QBRs

  • Promote and utilise Cisco programs and incentives to boost sales velocity

  • Help define and execute strategic marketing and sales campaigns aligned to CDW focus areas

  • Stay ahead of market trends and use insights to guide commercial strategy

What we expect of you
  • Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within IT or technology sectors

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco's portfolio and a clear understanding of how its technologies address business needs

  • A "hunter" mindset - self-driven, persistent, and proactive in building pipeline and closing deals

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business outcomes and sales cycles

  • Experience managing strategic customer engagements (e.g. QBRs, business alignment sessions)

  • Ability to communicate technical and commercial value propositions clearly

  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving success

  • Strategic thinker with commercial agility
