Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize fabrication processes to improve SQCD performance.
  • Lead shopfloor layout changes and implement Lean improvements.
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Specify and manage new equipment requirements and CAPEX projects.
  • Introduce automation to reduce errors and labor costs.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process non-conformances.
  • Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on trials, process changes, and operator training.
The Successful Applicant Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience in high-mix, low-volume or batch manufacturing.
  • Proficient in CAD design and documentation.
  • Hands on experience with PPM, installations, and fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, TPM, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong initiative, reliability, and ambition to grow into senior leadership.
