Our cinema has 15 screens and is situated on the busy A10 and Southbury Road junction. We offer a range of propositions, including an IMAX screen and a 4DX screen. We show the latest blockbusters in IMAX, 4DX, 2D, and 3D, as well as live content. If you love film, we want to hear from you.
As a Cinema Manager, you will leverage your experience to ensure the smooth operation of the cinema. This diverse role involves managing the commercial aspects, providing excellent customer service, and leading the team to deliver an outstanding cinema experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
- Stock control
- Cash reconciliation
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Recruitment, induction, and training
- Coaching team leaders and team members
- Adherence to health and safety legislation
- Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
- Delivering the company strategy: Share Joy Through Extraordinary Experiences
- Performance management
- Operations management
- Budget management
Full availability is required, any day and any time.
