Job Description

Regeneron in Raheen, Limerick seeks a Staff Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive SQDCP improvements by owning transformational initiatives and deploying CI systems across the site.

You will lead cross functional Kaizens, develop new CI tools, and upskill teams while reporting impact to senior leadership. A strong Lean Six Sigma background and 9+ years in regulated operations are required.
