Job Description
Harvest Church Alton is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the staff team, provide operational support and strategic leadership. The role also oversees the church's lettings business (AMCCIC) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the staff during a transitional moment in the church's life.
Hours are 40 per week, with Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday options and some evenings. Salary starts at £36,000 to £38,000. Deadline to apply: 8 July 2026.
