Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced private chef to prepare a traditional Christmas dinner for a private household in Sunningdale, Berkshire.

Menu Requirements

• Starter: Prawn cocktail
• Main: Roast beef and roast turkey
• Crispy roast potatoes are a must!
• Traditional seasonal vegetables, gravy and accompaniments
• Dessert to be agreed
• No canapés required

Guests: 12

The party includes adults and six teenage boys aged 12 to 17. Generous portions will be required!

Allergies - Strict Requirements

• No nuts, peanuts or legumes in any food.
• Severe nut and peanut allergies within the party.
• Legumes must be avoided due to the risk of airborne exposure.
• All ingredients must be carefully checked, with strict precautions taken to prevent cross-contamination.

The chef must have experience handling severe food allergies and be confident in preparing a safe menu.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare the Christmas meal.
• Source suitable ingredients.
• Cook and serve the meal to a high standard.
• Ensure all allergy requirements are followed.
• Leave the kitchen clean and tidy after service.

Rate

£800 for the day.
