As a Venue Manager, you'll be vital inhelping our guest's create smiles - getting stuck in to give them agreat dining experience! You'll be part of a big team of people whoare responsible for providing our guests with an altogether morefun and entertaining holiday. You should enjoy developing peopleand be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences toguests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filledenvironment. You will drive standards and have the ability to leadthe team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards andButlin's way of working Reporting to the the Senior Manager, you'llenjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team tomaintain high levels of hygiene andcleanliness.

You'll havethe ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guestobsessed and operating efficiently in everything youdo.
The role will also involveanalysing KPI's and stock control systems to maximise gross profitmargins and adhering to food safety and health & safetypolicies.
You should have a realpassion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliverexperiences that truly delight our guests. You should be anadvocate for your team's fulfilment at work, ensuring that you arehaving regular 121's and PDP discussions to support theirdevelopment and career with Butlin's.
As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the sameand you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in,and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number onepriority.

This role will beworking over 5 day week, flexibility is required fordifferent shift patterns.
You will also be required totake part in 2 weeks training off resort.

KeyResponsibilities
We are looking foran individual with prior managerial experience of working in aleadership role in a volume-driven restaurant environment andthrive on achieving both short and long termgoals.

You should be passionate about leadingand developing a team and supporting people through regular 121'sand coaching.

Delivering an amazingexperience to our guests is the most important part of this role soyou should be passionate about every interaction and should seekopportunities to improve this whereverpossible.
