Chilled Warehouse Team Lead - Food Safety & Despatch

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD in Redditch is seeking a full-time warehouse team leader to manage a despatch-focused team in a chilled environment. You will lead daily pick/pack operations, maintain food hygiene standards and safety, and coordinate with shift management to meet targets.

Role requires ability to coach staff, ensure PPE compliance, manage start-up checks, and uphold quality and procedural standards across the despatch process.
