Chilled Food Production Shift Leader

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Shift Manager for its chilled food manufacturing team in Clitheroe. In this role you will support the Production Manager to deliver a safe, efficient and high-performing production process on a rotating shift pattern.

You will lead on-site teams, monitor KPIs, drive improvements in OEE and waste, and collaborate with QA to maintain food safety and product quality. Strong leadership and hands-on approach are essential.
