As the Children's Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborating with multi-agency partners to enhance service provision and outcomes for children and families.
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement within the team.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in children's social work, including management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnership working.
