Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour + £70 per sleep in

We are recruiting for a Children's Support Worker in Worksop, Nottinghamshire to join a brand new, 2 bedded residential service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape a service from day one, as the home prepares for Ofsted registration with a target launch in September.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for two young people
• Support daily routines, including cooking, life skills, and education support
• De escalate challenging behaviours and provide emotional support
• Maintain accurate daily logs and contribute to progress reports
• Work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and sleep ins as required

• Experience in care, youth work, residential support, or a similar challenging environment
• Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep ins
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm during difficult moments
• Commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and consistent record keeping
