About the role:

Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base.

We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Anglesey.

Our client is a 17 year old male client who has epilepsy and challenging behaviour. He lives at home with his parents, siblings and 3 large dogs.

We are looking for candidates that drive and have a car.

When you will be working:

• Term time: Weekdays after school (3pm 7pm/8pm) and Sundays 9am 5pm
• Non term time: Weekdays (9am 5pm) and Sundays 9am 5pm
