About the role

Active Care in the Home is expanding our client base.

We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Portland.

Our client lives at home with their family. This role will be to take our client out, enabling them to safely access the community.

All shifts will be double up shifts, so you will always be working alongside another Support Worker.

When you will be working

• 12 hours a week in term time
• More hours in the school holidays - an additional 26.5 hours a week in the school holidays
• Part Time
