Job Description
Support at Home Ltd is expanding its Children's Services in Warrington and surrounding areas. We are seeking an ambitious, motivated professional to help develop this exciting service and lead service development, quality assurance and staff management.
You will undertake direct support during the initial growth, build positive relationships with families and professionals, recruit and induct staff, deliver training, supervision and ensure high standards of care.
