Children's Residential Support Worker - Transform Lives

Horizon Care Ltd is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Stoke on Trent. You will help young people with daily life, routines, meals and engaging in hobbies within a safe, therapeutic home environment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, along with a willingness to complete a Level 3 qualification in Childrens and Young People Workforce. Ongoing training and development are provided.
